Cancellation Policy
There is a 15 minute grace period after your appointment time. After the grace period, you will need to reschedule your appointment and pay a late fee of 20%. There is a 20% cancellation fee for and no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Excessive tardiness, cancellations, or no-shows will result in being banned from booking. No exceptions.
